We’re seeking a hands-on senior sales professional to drive growth within Guru – an innovative talent attraction business based in Kent. Combining expert commercial, negotiation and creative sales skills you’ll be the driving factor as we expand through 2017 and beyond.

With huge amounts of opportunity on offer (expect to be in charge of large data pools, inbound leads and an extensive existing client list) the role of the Sales Director is to take our company to new levels through organic growth.
Whether you are pitching our services to new clients, tailoring bespoke packages for existing clients, conducting your own networking events, building a sales team or defining a sales strategy expect to take complete control of all business development opportunities within the company as we grow.
You should be a self-motivated, senior sales professional with passion, drive, determination and some experience in the recruitment or advertising industries. In return you will have the opportunity for both exceptional earnings and equity return.
